For us, the greatest stories aren't found in books—they're shared around a table with friends and family. With Love Valentina, was born from a lifelong love affair with food, wine, and travel. Our travels took us across many cities, states, and countries where we have shared food, stories, and lots of wine, and what we’ve learned is that it is in those moments that you feel most connected to a place and its people.

 After years of exploring different cultures through their unique culinary landscapes & wine regions, we took a leap of faith and decided to open a space inspired by those adventures. We believe that great food & drinks are an opportunity to connect with one another and with the world.
